The project

A tropical home for a multi-generational family, shaped by minimal site coverage, generous setbacks and room for natural airflow.

Runnna was designed for a multi-generational family: a couple, their three daughters, and their grandmother. The house is pulled inward from the site edges so rain can be absorbed within the plot and air can move around the building. The family living and dining areas sit toward the quieter rear garden, forming the social heart of the house.
